The Fall ’21 trends are starting to pop up everywhere. With New York Fashion Week, the VMAs and the Met Gala all in one week, we’ve seen celebrities, editors, and influencers dressing to impress. I tend to keep my fall staples the same year after year and pair them with a few seasonal statement pieces. I’ll be sharing a few key trends below and some ways to “get the look” along with my everyday Fall basics. Looking forward to hearing what you all think! x
Fall Staple Pieces
You can’t go wrong with staple pieces for Fall. I find it easiest to start with some basics in my wardrobe that can work with several looks and then add in trending pieces. Start with these pieces and then build out your wardrobe based on the occasion. Here are some of my go-tos:
Fall ’21 Trends
Every year there are trends that I hate and then some that I love. These are a few that I can actually get behind. They’re cute, functional, and easy to execute. Check out a few ways that they are styled below:
Textured Handbags
Very here for these bags! I wore a few for NYFW and love how they look. Shop similar bags here.
Sweater Vests
Not your average sweater vest, these have come back and are so chic when styled. I love the oversized look paired with shorts and even tights/booties for colder days. Shop similar sweater vests here.
Tonal Tailoring
Monochrome looks have been in for a while, and fall is stepping it up with the tonal tailoring trend. Try pairing a pair of leather pants with a sleek tailored jacket for this put-together look. Shop the trend here.
